Uniforms

	All personnel are professionally attired. ISMG has a variety of uniform styles available and for special needs can customize a uniform to meet the clients needs. Our soft look uniforms consist of a Navy Blazer, Gray Slacks, White Shirts, contemporary uniform ties, black shoes and black belt. Our profession Police style apparel consists of navy uniform slacks, navy or white s/s security shirt with emblems, badge, nameplate and headgear. A picture ID is also part of the uniform and is issued to officers. Uniforms mentioned, except shoes are issued at no cost to ISMG employees.
	ISMG realizes the importance of a professional image.  Many times it is our security officers whom your clients or visitors initially meet as they visit your property. Therefore, we stress and demand all security officers' dress sharply with the appropriate uniform and gear required for their location.
	Management and Supervisors oversee and ensure, with every visit, that you are satisfied with the personal hygiene and overall look of the security officers at your location. They take necessary measures of discipline or officer removal if company guidelines and policies are not followed. Uniforms are a major expense and as a result, many companies require that their employees purchase or lease their uniforms. At ISMG, perception is reality. We require our employees to be in complete clean and neat uniforms at all times.  To insure this, ISMG provides all standard uniforms Free of Charge to our employees as needed to perform Client's security functions. In addition, ISMG has an established uniform maintenance program to assist in uniform cleaning.
