ISMG has developed expertise in the following areas to aid our clientele. In some cases, outside agencies assist us so we may tap their expertise or avoid conflicting interests. These services include:

SECURITY PROGRAM STAFFING & MANAGEMENT
ISMG currently provides security services for a wide variety of clientele ranging from Class A Office Buildings, Low Rise Office Complexes, Residential/Resort Communities, Hospitals, MFG facilities, Government Agencies, Special Events, Utility Companies, Construction Sites, Healthcare Facilities, Retail, Shopping Malls and Educational Institutions.

PHYSICAL SECURITY SURVEYS
ISMG offers total security solutions and can arrange a complete security review of your sites, we can recommend the most appropriate combination of security manpower, electronic systems and remote monitoring arrangements to suit your needs and your budget. The survey will evaluate the mechanical and electronic measures that aid in the protection of assets under your control. Features such as lighting, locking devices, access systems, CCTV systems and barriers are rated on effectiveness. A Survey, in conjunction with a Threat Analysis, can tell you what you need, and if you need it.

SECURITY SYSTEMS, CCTV, & MONITORING EQUIPMENT
These and other security related equipment can be obtained through ISMG. As required by the client, ISMG can provide all special equipment requirements.

GUARD TOUR SYSTEM
In addition, ISMG can provide, based on the weekly hours of contracted service, free of charge, an electronic Guard Tour System. A  Guard Tour System is an essential tool that provides accountability of rounds conducted. The reports provide detailed time and locations that were checked by the security officer.  ISMG utilizes the Deggy Control Guard Tour System. 

CRIME PREVENTION INSPECTIONS AND SEMINARS
Staying Safe is the goal whenever you are at home, commuting to work, traveling on vacation, shopping or at the work place. ISMG management and law enforcement officials review existing procedures and practices that lend criminals opportunities on or off your property. Seminars are offered in conjunction with handouts to discuss ways to avoid becoming a target.

INVESTIGATIONS AND POLYGRAPH SERVICES
These services are offered through ISMG to solve problems relating to theft in the workplace.

ARMED SECURITY SERVICES
When allowable, ISMG and or one of our subsidiaries can provide Armed Security Services. In addition, we can provide Police Services where allowable.

BACKGROUND CHECKS
This pre-employment screening includes residential history, work history, personal and credit references and drug screening. This service is available to our clients.

ROVING PATROL
In addition to standard Security Officer services, ISMG also offers clients a Roving Patrol Service, which can provide a less costly alternative to on site Security Officers. While not round-the-clock protection, a roving patrol does provide an effective, visible deterrent to crime on a specific site.

SUPPORT SERVICES
ISMG  provides a variety of system support services to security operations. Our operations center, for example, is manned 24 hours a day, allowing real time contact with ISMG headquarters. The Control center also has accessibility to key management personnel for immediate decision making in the event of an emergency or when a critical decision must be made. This linking process gives ISMG Officers the confidence that assistance and support is immediately available when needed. However, along with this support program, Field Managers are empowered to make spot decisions when situations arise that are out of the ordinary. This is a vital aspect of our Total Security Solutions program and of the ability of ISMG to maintain a stable work force, with low turnover and excellence in the delivery of security services. Our Total Security Solutions program includes, but is not limited to:

• CONTROL CENTER:  ISMG maintains a 24-Hour Control Center. The Control Center is the heartbeat of field operations and serves as a connection between the officers in the field and corporate headquarters. 
  
• RADIO COMMUNICATIONS:   We can provide digital portable radios with a telephone key pad giving the Security Officer access to the Control Center and other emergency services by simply dialing 911. The special radio also allows immediate voice contact with the Field Manager and other staff managers.
  
• FIELD MANAGERS:  Field Managers are on duty 24-hours a day, seven days a week, providing close supervision of the work force while being available at all times to respond to critical or emergency situations.
  
• CLIENT SERVICE MANAGER:  The Client Service Manager provides full time client support and is instrumental in ensuring the highest quality of service delivery, serving as liaison between the ISMG corporate staff and the client.
