Our employment application is designed to select only those candidates with the ability to work effectively within their work environment. ISMG is also proud to be a Drug-Free Workplace. The following includes the minimum requirements that each applicant must meet.

High school diploma or equivalent
At least 21 years of age
A verifiable work history
No history of emotional or mental instability
Submit to pre-placement and random drug testing

Once candidates are identified, a member of ISMG's operations department trained in background investigation will conduct an initial evaluation. The evaluation is based upon specified criteria that includes:

Previous work history
Identification of acceptable levels of responsibility
Emotional stability
