For added efficiency and communication, ISMG maintains a 24-hour Control Center staffed by our own veteran dispatchers to monitor all company operations. For instance, to ensure all posts are properly staffed, ISMG Officers must place an "on-duty" call to the Control Center upon their arrival at their assignment. If the Control Center Operator has not received a scheduled call, an ISMG management representative is immediately notified and a trained rover is dispatched straight away to fill the post.
